Did you request an Expert and you are wondering how are they going to contact you? Mavyn Chats can be conducted in 4 different ways depending on your contact method preference. Let's take a look at each one of them:
Chat
For chat Mavyn Chats, once your case gets assigned to an Expert, they will join the conversation in the web application, and your Mavyn Chat will start. Have in consideration that once the Mavyn Chat ends, the Expert won't be able to receive any further replies.
Text
For text Mavyn Chats, once your case gets assigned to an Expert, you will receive a text message from the number 979-701-2270 and your Mavyn Chat will start. Have in consideration that once the Mavyn Chat ends, the Expert won't be able to receive any further replies.
Voice
For voice Mavyn Chats, once your case gets assigned to an Expert, you will receive a call from the number 979-269-8453 and your Mavyn Chat will start. Have in consideration that once the Mavyn Chat ends, you won't be able to reach the Expert again by calling that number.
Video
For video Mavyn Chats, once your case gets assigned to an Expert, you will see a notification in the chat and a "Start video chat" button will appear. Click on it to join and solve your questions!
Note: if it is your first video Mavyn Chat, you will be asked to allow access to your microphone and camera. Please click on "Allow" to ensure proper video chat functionality.
