Follow these simple steps to connect with a real expert and solve your questions:
- Go to www.mavyn.com and sign up or log in to your account.
- Type the problems or questions you are trying to solve. The more detail the better.
- You will receive an answer for Mavyn's AI (MavynGPT). The option to request a human expert will appear on the bottom left of the screen, click on it.
- You will select the contact method you would like to communicate with the expert. You will also be asked to submit your phone number and credit card information if this is your first time requesting a human expert. Once all the information is completed, click on "Request Expert and Pay".
- Your request has been successful, and an expert will reach out shortly using the contact method you selected. Also, a coordinator will join the chat and help you if you need any additional help or guidance.
