What happens if you don't show after being connected to an Expert?

 

Our Mavyn Expert will provide a 5-minute grace period for you to join or answer the Mavyn Chat. If after that time you did not attend, the Mavyn Chat may be canceled, and you may be charged a cancelation fee. These fees pay Mavyn Experts for their time.

We understand that things happen in life. If you couldn't attend the Mavyn Chat due to a last-minute emergency, please contact your Coordinator or send an email to our Customer Support team, at support@mavyn.com and we will do our best to help you.

Likewise, if you believe you were charged a cancellation fee in error, let us know by contacting our Customer Support team within 48 hours of the Mavyn Chat.
