- Check your signal/internet. Make sure you have a good signal and/or internet connection.
- Reply in a timely manner. To be able to achieve our goal of providing a quick service and respect our Expert's time, Mavyn Chats with 10 minutes of inactivity would be concluded.
- Provide plenty of details. The more information you can provide to our Expert, the better they will be able to assist you.
- Be close to your issue/problem. If you have a problem with your toilet, your pet or your car, for example, it would be helpful if you have access to it while in the Mavyn Chat. That way, if the Expert asks you to check something during the conversation, you would be able to.
- Noise and lighting. In video and voice Mavyn Chats, reduce as much background noise (e.g.: wind, traffic) as possible. For video, ensure there is enough light.
- Be safe. We’re dedicated to helping you safely meet your needs. If you don't feel comfortable doing something, or require an additional person, don't do it and get an additional person or in-person help.
