To initiate the process, kindly submit your refund request via email to support@mavyn.com. Provide us with the specific reasons for your request in the email, this will help us process your request efficiently.
Your case will be analyzed by our Customer Support team and once your case is resolved we will communicate to you the resolution, which may include credit towards future services on our platform, a partial refund or a full refund.
In case of refunds, you should receive it within the next 10 days. If you didn’t, please contact the Customer Support team at support@mavyn.com.
