If you want to modify your subscription to either upgrade, downgrade or cancel, you will need to follow these steps:
- Click on your profile on the bottom left corner. Then Personal billing and Manage subscription.
- You will be redirected to the page shown below. Please provide your accounts email and click Send.
- Check your email. You should have received an email as the one shown below. Click on Log in.
- From here you are given the options to Update or Cancel your plan.
In case of cancelation, you will still be able to request human experts until your current billing cycle expires. And of course, you can always take advantage of our unlimited and free AI even after your plan has been cancelled.
